Au regard du contexte électoral qui prévaut sur toute l’étendue du territoire national, cette célébration a été principalement marquée par la lecture du message du Secrétaire général de l’ONU et la présentation de quelques réalisations majeures au Gabon par Monsieur Stephen Jackson, Coordonnateur résident du Système des Nations Unies au Gabon.
